Used for centuries in Japanese cuisine for its pure umami flavour, it’s also one of the least input-intensive crops on the planet (meaning that if you let it, it just grows like crazy)!

What does “natural” mean exactly?

It’s simple really. It means we never add anything to our products that’s not found in nature. This means no preservatives, no colourants and no artificial flavours.

Do you only use natural sugars?

Yes, we only use unrefined natural sugars in all our sauces and condiments.

Is everything you make certified organic?

Yes, our entire range is 100% certified organic.

Is everything Vegan & Gluten-free?

Yes, everything we do is also both vegan and Gluten-free!

Are your sauces and condiments healthy?

We believe health comes from nutritional and environmental balance, which means a wholesome diet full of whole seasonal natural foods.

We are not a diet or zero-calorie brand as most “Light” food is both ultra-processed and full of additives, which are things we do not consider healthy.

How will my order be shipped?

We pack all our bottles in a fully compostable type of paper bubblewrap for maximum safety and minimum environmental impact.

When will my order be delivered?

We try to make sure your order is delivered within 3 business days. You will receive a track and trace code upon checkout.

Where are your sauces made?

We make all our sauces in small batches by hand in our workshop in Laarne Belgium.

Can I give your sauces as a gift?

Yes you can! Just check the “Gift” box in check-out and you can fill in a personal message for your favourite person!
